Why not just hire a full time designer?

The cost of hiring and managing a full time designer will far exceed the monthly cost we are offering at TJS Medical. Once you have a full time staff member, you have to keep them busy in order to get your money's worth. A low cost on-demand design subscription service will save you time and money.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have? 

Nope! As a subscriber to any plan, you can have as many design requests as you want. They will each be delivered one a time for Standard plan, or two at a time for Pro subscribers.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Each design will be delivered on average within 3 business days. Although, more complex designs can take longer. You will always get a progress report every 3 business days no matter how long it takes to complete a design request.

What programs do you design in?

We are an Adobe Creative Suite design house. In order to keep our process high quality and super-fast, we do not work in other systems.

How do I request designs?

You will create a Trello card and attach a document, loom video, or just write the creative brief right into the card. If you need help with this the first time, book a call with us and we'll help you out.

Is there any designs you don't offer?

Yes, we do not offer 3D modeling, animated graphics, CPG packaging, or extensive print design (books, magazines, newspapers, etc...) 

What if I don't like the design?

Your satisfaction is our number one goal! We will revise the design based on your direction as many times as it takes to ensure you are 100% happy.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds issued for our subscription services. However, if you anticipate a slow month coming up, you can pause the account so that you don't miss out on the value of your subscription. 

Can I pause my account?

Yes! For example, if you pause on the 15th of the month, we will ensure that you have another 15 days on your plan when you start up again. You won't lose unused days if you pause and return at a later date.
